After many years of renovating and building under the guidance and direction of his father Eric, Robert established his own company Rodan Contracting and has been operating and serving his clients since 1989.

In 2021, Rodan Contracting made a move to Northern Ontario. This move has renewed and inspired Robert's desire to continue to build quality custom homes and cottages.
